Design & Planning
Providing all aspects of the planning and design of custom residential and small commercial buildings. Subdivision land planning and small infrastructure. Active involvement of all stages of the process from acquiring land, planning and zoning reviews and requirements through to the design process and construction documents for bidding and construction. Also building permit submittal coordination and construction management, coordination and quality review. Architects & Engineers are coordinated with on a “as required” basis and governed by building development services guidelines.

Visualization
All design projects are modeled with a three dimensional computer software, which offer a real world visualizations of design concepts that enable the client to fully realize the aspects of their project before construction is started. Possibilities include variations, sizes and styles of building structures, as well as detailed elements such as finishes and lighting. Also, real world, solar analysis and sun / shade aspects of a particular project. At any time of day in any day of the year. A REAL TIME virtual walk through of your project that no drawing or small scale model can provide. Shown is a digital terrain model of a residential site. Data is provided by a surveyor.

Digital Documentation
Digital photography and video documentation. Digital site photos are used for orientating view corridors and integrating them with home design orientation and computer model visualizations. Also phases of construction are documented for visual records of methods and materials.

Construction Coordination
Coordination of the bidding process for budget management and quality reviews. Organization and documentation of construction industry trades submissions of proposals and required permit applications. Review and selection of contractor bids and proposals. Follow up of timeline and scheduling of construction process.

Technologies Consulting
Remote internet access of construction progress about your project. Computers & Digital systems consulting. We can build high-end computer graphic workstations with integrated networking and maintain those technology systems. Also, consulting and training are available.
